FAQ

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

All items (not including pre-orders) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that we have no control over your order once it has been shipped. Thank you for your patience! 

How do pre-orders work?

All crewnecks are currently pre-orders! This means that Sam does not have crewnecks on-hand. Once you place your order, Sam will order your crewneck from her manufacturer. Once it arrives to Sam, she will ship out your order! Pre-orders will ship 2-3 weeks from when you place your order. If there are ready-to-ship items (stickers, coloring books, and or coffee sleeves) within your order in addition to your crewneck, they’ll all ship out together once your crewneck arrives to Sam. 

What should I do if my order gets lost?

Once items are shipped, it's out of our control. Please reach out to your selected shipping carrier. If the issue is not resolved with the shipping carrier, please email samrosestudio@gmail.com. 

Can I cancel or return my order? 

We don't accept cancellations or offer returns or refunds on orders.

But if your order arrives damaged, please email samrosestudio@gmail.com immediately with a detailed description and pictures of the damaged item(s). From there, we'll resolve the issue. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

Please note that there may be custom fees depending on location. Customers are responsible for paying the fees in order for items to ship. 

Do you still sell on Etsy?

Our Etsy shop is currently closed! This is the ONLY place to purchase our stickers, coffee sleeves, and coloring book. 

What coloring supplies should I use for my coloring book?

Colored pencils, crayons, and most markers will work perfectly to color in your new coloring book. We prefer alcohol based markers like Ohuhu. When using markers, place a piece of scrap paper or card stock behind the page to prevent bleeding.

Digital download coloring pages are for PERSONAL USE only! By purchasing them, you agree to the following:

• Do NOT resell, post, share, or gift files. 

• Do NOT alter the files in any way or claim them as your own.

• Please only share printed physical pages that have been colored in.

Apparel care:

✿ All apparel is handmade with love and heat pressed! Please follow these instructions to ensure your crews have the longest wear:

✿ Washing: use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle. Drying: turn inside out and tumble or air dry. Don't iron.
